Scope and Minimum Age
These terms and conditions apply to all relationships between Group Call SH.P.K. (“Best Win”) and the participant. Participation is only permitted if the participant confirms they are at least 18 years old and legally competent.
Scope of Services
Upon conclusion of the contract, the participant authorizes Best Win to register them with selected lottery syndicates using their provided data. Registration takes place after the withdrawal period using the submitted information. Best Win or an appointed service provider handles the entry with national and European lottery providers. The participant agrees to the terms and conditions of each provider.
There is no entitlement to participate in a specific draw. Communication is conducted exclusively via mail or email. Winnings are communicated directly and belong fully to the participant. Changes to personal data must be reported immediately.
Additionally, each month includes registration in a syndicate with up to 120 number lines for Lotto 6aus49, 10 Spiel 77 draws, 150 online sweepstakes, and daily participation in the Rentenmillion with 7 personal lucky numbers.
Right of Withdrawal
The participant may revoke their contractual declaration within two weeks without stating reasons — by phone, email, mail, or fax. The period begins upon receipt of the withdrawal notice in text form. Timely dispatch of the revocation is sufficient to meet the deadline.

In the event of a valid revocation, received services must be returned. If services cannot be returned in full or are returned in a deteriorated condition, compensation must be provided. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the service begins with explicit consent before the withdrawal period ends.
Contract Duration and Termination
The minimum contract term is three months and begins with the verbal declaration of intent by phone. The contract is automatically extended by another three months unless terminated in due time. The notice period is two weeks before the end of the term. Terminations must be submitted in writing via email, mail, or fax.
Prices and Payment Terms
The monthly fee includes postage, registration service, and processing fees. Payment is made monthly in advance, on the 1st and/or 15th of the month. The participant agrees to participate in the direct debit process. Collection is carried out by an appointed service provider on behalf of Best Win.
In case of returned direct debits due to incorrect information or insufficient funds, a flat fee of €10 will be charged. A lower cost may be proven by the participant.
Liability
Best Win is not liable for damages caused by external factors such as power outages, maintenance work, or natural events. There is no guarantee of availability via email, fax, or phone, nor for continuous website access. Best Win does not guarantee the execution of draws by third parties or any winnings. Legal recourse is excluded. Explicit winning notifications remain unaffected.
Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the BDSG and GDPR. Best Win is authorized to share data with the German Lotto and Totoblock and European lottery providers as necessary for contract execution and billing. Data is not shared for advertising purposes.
The participant agrees that Best Win or appointed service providers may contact them again as part of customer retention measures.
Changes to Terms
Best Win reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Contract-relevant changes will be communicated in writing. If no written objection is received within two weeks, the changes are considered accepted.
Miscellaneous Provisions
All agreements between the provider and the participant are contained in the service description and these terms. No additional promises exist. German law applies exclusively, excluding international private law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If any provision is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
