Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Contract Subject

Participation in Best Win is for a minimum term of 3 months. After this period, the contract is automatically extended by one additional month unless terminated in due time.

2. Participation Terms

• Participation in the Rentenmillion with personal lucky numbers
• Daily chance to win an instant pension of €3,333.00
• Monthly participation in 120 lottery lines + 10x Spiel 77 + Lotto 6aus49
• Additional participation in 150 online sweepstakes

3. Payment Terms

The monthly participation fee is €89.00 and is collected via SEPA direct debit before the start of play. Mandate ID: 75894.

4. Termination

Termination must be submitted in writing to Best Win no later than the 6th of the previous month. Please include your customer number.

5. Winnings Overview and Payout

Participants receive a monthly overview of their winnings by mail. Winnings are transferred to the specified account within 14 days.

6. Recording Notice

This agreement was recorded with the participant’s consent and can be requested at any time.
